SHIPPING RATES & TIMES
Your order will leave our facility via local post within 1-2 business days of your purchase. All packages should arrive within 3-6 business days after leaving our facility.
Shipping cost is €4 for the European Union and €10 outside the European Union.
We offer free shipping for orders above 40€ in the European Union.
For orders outside the European Union, extra charges (sales tax and customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs charges.
Some products are subject to limited availability. Therefore if we have no products in stock, shipping times will be longer. In that case, we will contact you so that you can confirm your order under the new conditions.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
We accept returns within 10 days of the arrival of your order. Please contact info@kariokohandmade.com to submit your request and once we receive the returned order we will issue you the refund.
Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny a returned item should it no longer appear salable or does not meet our return standards.
